The team builds automation and AI tools for companies moving essential materials like electrical supplies and HVAC equipment. You will collaborate with design and engineering to ensure seamless, intentional interactions across the platform.
What you'll do
- Define and own product direction working directly with the CEO
- Develop intuitive flows that reduce cognitive load and errors
- Collaborate with design and engineering for seamless UX
- Prioritize simplicity in language, layout, and decisions
- Identify user friction points and resolve them proactively
- Translate high-level goals into scoped product specifications
- Advocate for customer empathy throughout development
- Own the roadmap and drive core product quality improvements
What you'll need
- Seven or more years of product management experience
- Background in B2B SaaS is preferred
- Proven track record of shipping simple, high-clarity UX
- Strong intuition for user behavior and confusion points
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to give and receive direct feedback effectively
- High ownership and ability to work independently
- Experience in early-stage teams or fast-paced startups
