Medely is reimagining healthcare staffing through an on-demand marketplace connecting facilities with clinical professionals. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead key initiatives for the Flex platform, focusing on supply and demand dynamics, matching quality, and user retention.
You will define product vision, collaborate with engineering and design, and use data to solve complex marketplace challenges. This role offers ownership of business-critical decisions and the chance to shape the future of healthcare work.
What you'll do
- Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Flex marketplace
- Own product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration
- Use data and research to identify high-value problems to solve
- Make strategic tradeoffs across conversion, retention, and matching
- Partner with Engineering, Design, and cross-functional teams
- Measure outcomes and feed insights back into product strategy
- Apply AI and LLMs to improve workflows and team velocity
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in tech or startups
- Experience owning product areas from discovery through launch
- Strong ability to define problems, requirements, and tradeoffs
- Proficient in using qualitative and quantitative data for decisions
- Strong technical communication skills for engineering partnerships
- Excellent written and verbal communication for all audiences
Nice to have
- Experience building or scaling two-sided or three-sided marketplaces
- Knowledge of matching, supply-demand dynamics, or marketplace liquidity
- Background in healthcare, workforce, or regulated industries
- Experience building products for both businesses and individual users
- Experience using AI, LLMs, or workflow automation in products
