You will own the strategy and roadmap for Vanta’s external agent surfaces, including MCP, CLI, and marketplace plugins. Your goal is to make Vanta the trusted compliance layer that AI agents rely on, ensuring outcome parity across all interaction modes. You will partner with engineering, design, and alliances to ship secure developer products and drive adoption through co-marketing with platforms like Anthropic and OpenAI.
What you'll do
- Define strategy and roadmap for agent ecosystem products
- Ensure outcome parity across Vanta, MCP, CLI, and plugins
- Lead marketplace and plugin launches with cross-functional teams
- Partner with platform teams on API access and authentication
- Build developer-facing marketing motion and documentation
- Collaborate with alliances on co-marketing with AI platforms
- Define adoption metrics and prioritize using customer data
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience
- Experience shipping developer-facing or programmatic products
- Technical fluency with APIs, authentication, and dev tools
- Hands-on experience building with AI and agent tools
- Proven track record launching complex products or partnerships
- Strong communication skills and judgment in ambiguous settings
- Ability to lead cross-functional work across multiple departments
