You will oversee one of Bubble's AI product pods, defining the roadmap for features that help users generate and edit apps using AI. Working closely with design, engineering, and marketing, you will balance long-term vision with immediate delivery to enhance the platform's AI capabilities.
The team focuses on agentic foundations, functional app building, and user guidance. You will leverage AI internally to accelerate workflows while ensuring the external product remains stable, scalable, and intuitive for millions of builders.
What you'll do
- Drive product strategy, OKRs, and roadmap for a specific AI focus area
- Lead initiatives from concept to delivery, balancing strategy and execution
- Partner with design and engineering on discovery and technical tradeoffs
- Collaborate with marketing and success teams on go-to-market plans
- Use AI tools to accelerate prototyping, research, and documentation
- Conduct user research and use feedback to iterate on product experience
- Define MVPs and make prioritization decisions based on data and judgment
- Mentor junior team members and shape product processes
What you'll need
- 5-8+ years of product management experience
- Proven track record building AI products at scale
- Experience leading projects from discovery through launch
- Strong technical fluency in designing and improving AI products
- Proficient in using AI for product work and prototyping
- Ability to partner with design on complex UX problems
- Comfortable discussing technical tradeoffs with engineering
- Data-driven approach to decision making and validation
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
