You will own the customer journey for Demandbase’s AI-native application, ensuring features become trusted and habitual tools for marketing teams. The position involves defining product-led growth strategies, managing the adoption funnel, and partnering with cross-functional teams to drive consumption and commercial expansion.
What you'll do
- Define product-led growth strategy for the AI-native application
- Own the end-to-end adoption funnel from discovery to expansion
- Design and run experiments on onboarding, recommendations, and upgrades
- Partner with analytics and data science to establish behavioral cohorts
- Collaborate with Finance and Sales on AI packaging and credit models
- Create reusable growth patterns for composable capabilities
- Turn successful experiments into durable product experiences
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Product Management with SaaS growth or PLG experience
- Proven ability to improve activation, retention, or consumption metrics
- Strong analytical judgment to distinguish correlation from evidence
- Experience influencing multiple product teams without owning roadmaps
- Familiarity with enterprise buying dynamics and admin permissions
- Ability to connect customer behavior to commercial outcomes
- Experience with AI products is strongly preferred
