You will own the product strategy for the Content team, which creates the scenarios, units, and entities used in Atom Engine exercises. Your focus is on translating user needs into clear requirements and improving the workflows for creating and maintaining this content.
This role requires balancing quality, speed, and scale while collaborating with engineering, design, and domain experts. You will ensure content accuracy and usability to support effective military planning and operational coordination.
What you'll do
- Define the Content vision and roadmap to meet user needs and product goals
- Identify content gaps and prioritize requirements with stakeholders
- Improve processes for requesting, creating, validating, and reusing content
- Set standards for accuracy, consistency, and usability of scenarios and entities
- Resolve ambiguity and manage priorities to enable focused execution
- Align content needs with product capabilities across teams
- Use feedback and data to measure content effectiveness and guide improvements
What you'll need
- Experience owning strategy for complex products or content portfolios
- Strong ability to prioritize needs and translate goals into requirements
- Understanding of simulation technologies and workflow impacts
- Systems-oriented approach to balancing quality, speed, and scale
- Clear communication skills to build alignment across technical and domain teams
- Comfort working autonomously and navigating ambiguity
- Interest in or understanding of military and defense technology
- Must be a U.S. citizen
