You will lead the definition and delivery of Cloud-focused features, including query experiences and data visualization tools. Acting as the central coordinator, you will align design, engineering, and security teams to ensure timely and cohesive product releases.
Your responsibilities extend to market research, backlog prioritization, and post-launch support. You will define KPIs, analyze usage data for improvements, and enable sales and support teams through documentation and training sessions.
What you'll do
- Define and drive the product roadmap for ClickHouse Cloud initiatives
- Conduct market research and gather customer feedback to prioritize features
- Coordinate with design, engineering, and security teams on scope and timeline
- Resolve cross-team blockers and manage project dependencies
- Collaborate with marketing and sales on launch strategy and messaging
- Conduct enablement sessions for sales and support teams pre-launch
- Define and track key performance indicators for product projects
- Analyze product usage data to identify areas for optimization
- Dog-food the product daily to suggest incremental improvements
What you'll need
- 3+ years of cloud software engineering or related technical experience
- Experience working with SQL databases and data analytics
- Proven success in delivering high-quality products to market
- Strong analytical skills to inform product decisions with data
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills for cross-functional work
- Strong leadership abilities to inspire and motivate teams
