This position bridges raw event data and usable experiences. You will set standards for instrumentation, manage the metric layer, and guide how organizations understand their ROI through robust reporting and AI agent access.
What you'll do
- Define shared cross-product metrics for activity, collaboration, and adoption
- Own strategy and roadmap for Insights, including dashboards and exports
- Launch and manage the customer-facing reporting MCP server for AI agents
