You will own the product strategy for agent-led content management, helping customers generate and maintain security documents tailored to their business needs. By automating manual processes like gap assessments and procedure updates, you will enable companies to scale their compliance programs efficiently.
Working cross-functionally with design and engineering, you will define interaction patterns for AI agents that are reliable, explainable, and safe. Your goal is to shorten the path to audit readiness while establishing Vanta’s leadership in AI-powered governance, risk, and compliance solutions.
What you'll do
- Own agentic workflows for document, policy, and procedure creation and editing
- Build agent capabilities for automated gap assessments against new frameworks
- Translate customer needs into clear AI experiences that solve compliance challenges
- Partner with design and engineering to ensure agent reliability and safety
- Deliver high-quality products that address key customer pain points in GRC
- Help shape the product team culture as the organization grows
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in SaaS/B2B and AI products
- Strong technical skills in shipping AI products, including prompt engineering
- Customer-focused mindset with ability to synthesize feedback effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for stakeholders and executives
- Data-driven approach using qualitative and quantitative signals for roadmap decisions
- Deep interest in the evolving AI/ML ecosystem and responsible AI application
