Join the builders team at Kit to own the core publishing platform that enables creators to design emails, landing pages, and forms. You will lead end-to-end product development, ensuring high-quality, scalable tools that help creators build their businesses.
This senior individual contributor role requires strong collaboration with engineering and design teams. You will define the vision for how Kit appears in every published piece of content, balancing immediate user needs with long-term strategic goals.
What you'll do
- Own key product surfaces including email editor, landing pages, and forms
- Identify opportunities and ship products impacting hundreds of thousands of users
- Collaborate with Engineering, Design, and Data to align product experiences
- Define success metrics and track progress toward team and business goals
- Lead major initiatives from conception through to successful launch
- Partner with design to ensure high visual quality and craft in products
What you'll need
- 6-9+ years in product management with ownership of revenue-driving areas
- Proven track record building scaled software or content creation tools
- Strong data-informed decision making and quantitative analysis skills
- Deep experience collaborating with design on visual polish and craft
- High autonomy and comfort working in ambiguous environments
- Strong AI fluency and daily use of AI tools in workflow
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

How you'll work
- Fully remote with global team members
- Overlap required with Europe and US time zones
- Fixed meetings Mon/Wed/Thu 10:45–11:45 am ET
- Availability needed 12:00–2:00 pm ET for EPD meetings
- Fridays are focus days with no recurring meetings
