You will own the strategy for making Deepgram enterprise-ready, removing blockers that stall deals with security-conscious buyers. This involves coordinating identity, security, compliance, and user experience across Console, APIs, and managed endpoints.
The role offers high autonomy to set product strategy and prioritize initiatives like SSO and FedRAMP readiness. You will partner with engineering, design, and sales to ship solutions that satisfy complex procurement requirements.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end enterprise adoption strategy including procurement and compliance
- Set prioritization for initiatives like SSO, compliance readiness, and Console UX
- Ship solutions across Console, APIs, or managed endpoints as needed
- Enable self-serve security artifacts such as SBOM generation for buyers
- Remove product blockers that delay security reviews and deal closure
- Collaborate directly with engineers, designers, and sales to ship features
- Define objectives and make trade-offs with minimal steering
What you'll need
- Experience shipping products to regulated or security-conscious customers
- Strong front-end and UX product sensibility for enterprise tools
- Ability to defend prioritization with data and update based on new facts
- AI-native working style using AI for research, analysis, and prototyping
- Comfort with ambiguity and autonomous decision-making
- Fluency in working cross-functionally with technical and sales teams
Nice to have
- Computer Science or Software Engineering background
- Experience shipping security features like FIPS, FedRAMP, or SOC 2
- Experience designing web consoles or platform tooling for technical users
- Familiarity with B2B or enterprise sales cycles and procurement needs
