TRM Labs seeks a Senior or Staff Product Manager to own the product roadmap for its compliance and Anti-Money Laundering suite. You will serve banks and financial services firms as they integrate blockchain technology, working directly with compliance teams and risk officers to screen transactions and meet regulatory requirements.
This role demands end-to-end ownership from customer discovery to launch. You will act as a general manager, collaborating with sales and engineering to drive revenue expansion. The team operates with high velocity, shipping features in days rather than months, and expects every member to leverage AI agents in their daily workflow.
What you'll do
- Own the product roadmap for compliance and AML solutions serving financial institutions
- Conduct direct customer discovery to identify unarticulated problems in financial crime
- Prototype and iterate solutions rapidly using AI tools and design partners
- Ship code and build AI agents alongside engineers to accelerate development
- Lead product demos and scoping calls to support sales cycles and close deals
- Translate field feedback into immediate roadmap adjustments and feature unlocks
- Publish reusable plugins and skills to the internal marketplace for team use
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in B2B SaaS companies
- Led at least two full product cycles in complex domains like security or fintech
- Proven experience building or shipping AI-powered products and workflows
- Demonstrated ability to ship working versions in days, not weeks or months
- Direct experience managing customer relationships without analyst intermediaries
- Deep proficiency in using AI agents as part of daily operational workflow
- Ability to define product quality standards precisely for engineering execution
