  • Build new Growth team
  • Self-serve focus

You will define the product strategy for how businesses discover Tremendous and send their first reward. As the founding member of the Growth team, you will build the roadmap, hire engineers, and optimize the self-serve funnel without relying on standard free-tier playbooks. The role requires strong technical depth and the ability to drive growth through intuition and rapid prototyping rather than just A/B testing.

What you'll do

  • Own the user journey from first touch to the first reward sent
  • Develop the growth roadmap and help staff the engineering squad
  • Build systems to launch and kill landing pages within a day
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ship end-to-end acquisition campaigns
  • Enhance acquisition channels like referrals, SEO, and AI-search
  • Design systematic incentives for test funds and fee waivers
  • Prototype solutions with AI and validate them with real users quickly
  • Work asynchronously using documentation instead of meetings

What you'll need

  • 6+ years shipping web products as a growth PM, founder, or engineer
  • Experience with acquisition, conversion, or activation metrics
  • Technical ability to instrument funnels and build landing pages
  • Strong intuition for identifying issues in conversion flows
  • Judgment to decide when data is sufficient without A/B tests
  • Skepticism of standard growth playbooks that assume free tiers
  • Outstanding written communication skills for a doc-first culture

Nice to have

  • Background as a founder or founding engineer

How you'll work

  • Fully remote work policy
  • Must be located in the Americas
  • Asynchronous, documentation-first culture
  • Low-meeting environment

What you get

  • Base salary between $240,000 and $315,000
  • Equity compensation included
  • 100% covered health insurance for US employees
  • Unlimited paid time off
  • 12 to 16 weeks of paid parental leave
