You will manage the core layer of Delinea’s identity security platform, handling identity inventory, account correlation, and relationship graphs. Your work ensures that multiple accounts across clouds are recognized as one person or agent, providing accurate data for access decisions.
The position involves collaborating with graph engineering and data science teams to deliver stable resource identifiers and change feeds. You will define latency classes for queries and ensure tenant isolation while enabling other product teams to integrate via API-first designs.
What you'll do
- Deliver identity graph and correlation services to resolve scattered accounts
- Own inventory and resource explorer coverage and data freshness
- Define how effective access is computed across nested groups
- Publish data contracts and schemas with strict drift controls
- Set latency and consistency standards for graph queries
- Plan convergence of current correlation and graph stores
- Validate new data paths against legacy outputs before switching
- Design adoptable services for internal product teams
- Maintain tenant isolation and control cross-customer query access
- Track team onboarding to contracts and promote API-first design
What you'll need
- Five or more years in product management
- Background in AI/ML, cybersecurity, identity, or enterprise SaaS
- Familiarity with IAM, PAM, and identity governance concepts
- Understanding of LLMs, multi-agent systems, and MCP protocols
- Ability to discuss technical tradeoffs with engineering teams
- Knowledge of compliance, security, and privacy best practices
- Proven record of launching AI-driven or data-centric products
- Experience with open source platforms or customer-facing products
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP cloud platforms
- Experience with PAM or IGA governance initiatives
- Background engaging with open source or technical communities
