You will define and execute the strategy for Ontic’s integrations ecosystem, transforming connectors into scalable, monetizable platform offerings. Working with engineering and go-to-market teams, you will ensure the platform scales through standardized, API-first, and low-code frameworks while enhancing the developer experience.
What you'll do
- Own the integrations roadmap, prioritizing by customer value and scalability
- Define API contracts, canonical data models, and integration standards
- Partner with architects to evolve integration frameworks and marketplace
- Lead benchmarking to ensure best-in-class developer experience and reliability
- Collaborate with engineering and GTM to translate needs into requirements
- Champion developer experience by simplifying configuration and documentation
- Identify opportunities to improve workflows using AI-enabled capabilities
- Define success metrics and use data to inform investment decisions
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- 8+ years in Product Management for SaaS or cloud platforms
- At least 4 years focused on integrations, APIs, or data platforms
- Proven success launching API-first products or integration marketplaces
- Strong understanding of REST, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Familiarity with iPaaS tools is required; Workato experience preferred
- Ability to work cross-functionally with engineering and customer teams
- Strong analytical skills to tie product decisions to business outcomes
Nice to have
- MBA or related advanced degree
- Experience with emerging AI technologies and agentic workflows
- Background in integration packaging and monetization
- Experience with embedded iPaaS products like Workato Embedded
