You will drive the strategy and development of Vanta's integration ecosystem, which helps customers monitor security compliance. Working with engineering and design, you will prioritize new connections to HRIS, cloud platforms, and ticketing systems.
The role requires balancing customer feedback, partner needs, and internal priorities to expand integration capabilities. You will also collaborate with marketing to improve discovery and configuration experiences for users.
What you'll do
- Define roadmap and strategy for new integrations and capabilities
- Collaborate with engineering and design on backlog prioritization
- Partner with integration leads to activate and manage partners
- Maintain and improve existing integration performance
- Gather and prioritize customer feedback on integration needs
- Support marketing efforts to improve integration discoverability
- Track metrics on integration breadth and data availability
What you'll need
- Five or more years in product roles focused on integrations
- Proven track record of building impactful integration catalogs
- Strong ability to prioritize work across multiple teams
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Technical fluency in APIs, authentication, and permissions
- Experience coordinating multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Willingness to use AI tools to enhance productivity
