Vultr is looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to drive the strategy and operations of its Marketplace and Partner Ecosystem. You will own the end-to-end experience for independent software vendors and technology partners, from onboarding to monetization on Vultr’s global cloud platform.
The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge of cloud infrastructure with strong product leadership skills. You will work cross-functionally to improve partner recruitment, deployment automation, and ecosystem health while ensuring high-quality solutions for customers.
What you'll do
- Define product strategy and roadmap for Marketplace and Partner Ecosystem
- Establish technical standards and security validation for third-party software
- Design self-service onboarding workflows for software vendors and partners
- Own customer journey from solution discovery to production deployment
- Translate partner needs into detailed product requirements and user stories
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams on platform capabilities
- Ensure partner solutions integrate with core infrastructure services
- Track ecosystem metrics like onboarding velocity and deployment success
What you'll need
- Significant PM experience in cloud infrastructure or platform ecosystems
- Proven track record owning end-to-end technical product areas
- Strong understanding of VMs, containers, Kubernetes, APIs, and networking
- Experience converting complex workflows into scalable platform tooling
- Direct experience collaborating with software vendors and engineering teams
- Strong communication skills for drafting PRDs and launch plans
- Familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP marketplace models is preferred
Nice to have
- Experience with cloud image packaging or Helm charts
- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines or managed service integrations
- Familiarity with software licensing and usage metering models

How you'll work
- Fully remote position
- $500 stipend for remote office setup in first year
- $400 annual stipend for following years
- Internet reimbursement up to $75 per month
