Join Yubo as a Senior Product Manager to redefine online social interactions for Gen Z. You will partner closely with a Product Designer to own a strategic product area, driving decisions from problem definition to delivery. The team focuses on building safe, genuine connections through data-driven product bets and large-scale experiments.
What you'll do
- Own a strategic product area from problem definition through delivery and iteration
- Define product strategy and translate company objectives into measurable outcomes
- Partner with Design and Engineering to shape end-to-end user experiences
- Use data and research to identify high-impact problems and opportunities
- Collaborate with Data, ML, Marketing, and Safety teams on product decisions
- Balance user value, business impact, and safety when making trade-offs
What you'll need
- 4+ years of experience as a Product Manager
- Background in consumer mobile products preferred
- Experience in startup or scale-up environments
- Strong ability to combine product intuition with analytical rigor
- Skilled in using data and experimentation to guide decisions
- Comfortable making decisions with imperfect information
- Able to lead through influence rather than hierarchy
Nice to have
- Experience with social or community products
- Background in social discovery or gaming
- Familiarity with recommendation systems
- Experience with consumer subscription models
