Payward Services provides enterprise infrastructure for trading, payments, and digital assets. The Payments & Blockchain team manages the banking partners and local rails that power deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
You will shape the future of the in-house payment service provider platform. This includes the scalable backend, hosted pages, SDKs, and direct APIs that allow Payward businesses to access global pay-in and payout rails.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for the shared payments backend and integration surfaces
- Map requirements from internal clients to evolve platform capabilities and use cases
- Partner with engineering to create sequenced roadmaps with clear milestones
- Prioritize competing client needs and communicate trade-off rationales clearly
- Design end-to-end client experience to enable self-service adoption
- Coordinate with banking teams to build integrations once for all businesses
- Integrate compliance, risk, and legal requirements early in the development cycle
- Track metrics such as time-to-launch, rail availability, and payment success rates
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform or infrastructure roles
- Working knowledge of payments, PSPs, acquirers, and bank rails like ACH and SEPA
- Strong technical fluency including ability to read RFCs and write API specs
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as APIs or SDKs
- Ability to translate complex system designs into clear documentation
- Skill in managing multiple stakeholders and building alignment without authority
- Comfort using data to set goals and measure platform performance
Nice to have
- Experience at a PSP, payment orchestrator, or infrastructure company
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins, or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities
