Payward Services provides enterprise infrastructure for trading, payments, and digital assets. The Payments & Blockchain team manages the banking partners and local rails that power deposits and withdrawals for millions of users.
You will shape the future of the in-house payment service provider backend. This includes hosted pages, SDKs, and direct APIs that allow Payward businesses to access global pay-in and payout rails.
What you'll do
- Own product vision and roadmap for the shared payments backend
- Define integration surfaces including hosted pages, SDKs and APIs
- Partner with engineering to create sequenced high-impact roadmaps
- Prioritize competing client needs and communicate trade-offs clearly
- Streamline client adoption from first contact to go-live
- Coordinate with banking teams to build integrations once for all businesses
- Integrate compliance and legal requirements early in the development cycle
- Track metrics like time-to-launch and payment success rates
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience in platform or API roles
- Working knowledge of pay-ins, payouts, PSPs and bank rails like ACH or SEPA
- Strong technical fluency including ability to read RFCs and write API specs
- Experience shipping developer-facing products such as SDKs or embeddable UI
- Ability to translate complex system designs into clear documentation
- Skill in managing multiple stakeholders and building alignment without authority
- Comfort using data to set goals and measure platform performance
Nice to have
- Experience at a PSP or payments infrastructure company
- Background with multi-tenant SaaS or B2B2C platforms
- Familiarity with crypto, stablecoins or on/off-ramps
- Experience working across multiple regulated legal entities
