Join the Pro team at Kraken to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for traders worldwide. You will analyze user behavior, remove friction points, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to guide clients from sign-up to their first trade with confidence.
What you'll do
- Own the global onboarding experience from landing page to first trade
- Analyze funnel data to identify drop-off points and improvement opportunities
- Design trust-building steps to guide new clients through complex flows
- Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing to ship improvements
- Leverage AI tools to predict churn and personalize onboarding paths
What you'll need
- At least 4 years of product management experience in onboarding or growth
- Strong ability to simplify complex UX flows and reduce friction
- Proficiency in defining metrics and analyzing funnel data for actions
- Excellent communication skills for aligning stakeholders with clear narratives
- Daily fluency with AI tools for data analysis and workflow efficiency
- Genuine passion for crypto trading and the Kraken Pro mission
