Join the Pro team at Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to own the end-to-end onboarding journey for traders worldwide. You will analyze user behavior to remove friction and build trust, guiding clients to their first trade with confidence.
This role requires close collaboration with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing teams. You will leverage AI tools to personalize experiences and accelerate product improvements in the crypto trading space.
What you'll do
- Own the global onboarding experience from landing page to first trade
- Analyze funnel data to identify friction points and drop-off rates
- Design trust-building steps to guide new clients through setup
- Partner with Design, Data, Engineering, and Marketing on improvements
- Use AI to predict user behavior and personalize onboarding paths
What you'll need
- 4+ years of product management experience in onboarding or growth
- Strong ability to simplify complex flows and improve UX
- Fluency in defining metrics and analyzing funnel data
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Daily proficiency with AI tools for analysis and workflow speed
- Genuine interest in crypto markets and trading platforms
