You will define the vision and roadmap for Amplify's Science curriculum, aligning long-term goals with immediate customer needs. Leading writers, designers, and scientists, you will deliver transformative classroom experiences that drive student engagement and rigorous learning outcomes.
What you'll do
- Set the 12–18 month product roadmap and long-term vision for Science curriculum
- Define quarterly OKRs and monitor metrics for retention, engagement, and revenue
- Collaborate with Supply Chain on physical product specs like binding and paper weight
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to translate user needs into priorities
- Analyze competitor offerings to identify gaps and drive competitive differentiation
- Lead end-to-end delivery from ideation and requirements to launch and iteration
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and resolve team blockers within 24 hours
- Partner with Marketing and Sales to develop positioning and launch messaging
What you'll need
- 8+ years of product management experience in SaaS, edtech, or consumer tech
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
- Proven track record managing complex products from vision through launch
- Experience thriving in fast-moving startup or high-growth environments
- Strong ability to simplify complex concepts for diverse stakeholders
- Comfortable shaping AI-powered experiences and evaluating technical feasibility
- Technical literacy to partner effectively with engineering teams
- Skilled at mentoring junior product managers and leading by influence

- Experience with AI personalization and automation features
