Lead the product strategy for customer-facing experiences on a financial platform designed for small businesses. You will drive the roadmap for AI-driven workflows, onboarding, and essential business tools like invoicing and reconciliation.
What you'll do
- Own the roadmap for customer-facing AI features and LLM-driven workflows
- Improve the customer journey from signup through activation and engagement
- Build tools for invoicing, automation, reminders, and reconciliation
- Set strategy for partner integrations and APIs across financial software
- Run experiments on onboarding and retention using metrics to guide decisions
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and Compliance teams to deliver products
What you'll need
- 5+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or SMB
- Familiarity with modern discovery channels including SEO, AEO, and affiliate
- Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or technical background preferred
- Experience using experimentation and metrics to inform product decisions
- Comfort collaborating across disciplines such as Risk and go-to-market
How you'll work
- Hybrid work model based in New York City
- Requires 2 to 3 days onsite per week
What you get
- Base salary between $160,000 and $200,000 annually
