Join Payward, the parent company of Kraken, to shape social interactions within a major crypto finance platform. You will design and own product decisions for features like following users, sharing trades, and community engagement.
The role blends product management with hands-on interaction design. You will create interactive prototypes, define acceptance criteria for engineers, and use behavioral psychology to drive user participation and trust in financial social contexts.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end social journeys for discovering users and sharing trades
- Define interaction details including navigation, copy, and error states
- Build interactive prototypes to test flows before engineering implementation
- Apply behavioral psychology to improve user participation and contribution
- Conduct usability sessions and analyze funnel data to fix friction points
- Connect design changes to measurable outcomes like retention and task completion
- Manage product launch scope and iterate based on post-launch evidence
What you'll need
- Proven experience shipping consumer social features like feeds or messaging
- Strong interaction design skills with ability to explain flow structures
- Proficiency in creating realistic interactive prototypes using Figma or code
- Ability to use user research evidence to challenge assumptions and refine designs
- Experience owning product outcomes and interpreting cohort data
- Understanding of how credibility and reputation affect financial social sharing
