You will drive the strategy and execution of new trading products, working with engineering, design, and security teams. The goal is to deliver seamless, secure user experiences while iterating quickly based on data and market trends in the Web3 space.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end delivery of trading products from specs to launch and optimization
- Build community and creator-driven experiences for better trading decisions
- Design and scale growth programs including referrals, rewards, and incentives
- Develop new products around tokenized real-world assets (RWA)
- Define success metrics and run experiments to improve activation and retention
- Track on-chain trends to identify new product opportunities beyond current roadmap
What you'll need
- 5+ years of experience as a product manager
- 3+ years working on consumer crypto trading products or wallets
- Deep understanding of DEX mechanics, slippage, gas, and MEV
- Familiarity with social trading apps and on-chain discovery tools
- Strong data sense including metrics, funnels, cohorts, and LTV/CAC
- Proven ability to ship fast and manage multiple workstreams in parallel
Nice to have
- Experience building referral, affiliate, or rebate programs
- Knowledge of reward mechanics, attribution, and anti-fraud logic
- Experience with creator/KOL ecosystems or community operations
