You will own key areas of the product roadmap for Secret Server, working closely with engineering, UX, and stakeholders to deliver secure PAM workflows. The position involves translating customer needs into requirements for credential vaulting, session management, and access approvals while supporting the transition of on-premises customers to the Delinea Platform.
What you'll do
- Develop tooling to support on-premises customers upgrading to the Delinea Platform
- Own roadmap segments for Secret Server and other PAM capabilities
- Translate customer challenges into clear product requirements and use cases
- Collaborate with engineering and UX to deliver intuitive PAM workflows
- Prioritize backlog balancing new features, security enhancements, and strategy
- Support sales and marketing with messaging, demos, and roadmap updates
What you'll need
- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management using Agile methodologies
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
- Strong understanding of IT systems, both on-premises and cloud environments
- Knowledge of cybersecurity and Identity and Access Management concepts
- Experience building SaaS software solutions
- Excellent written, oral, and presentation skills
Nice to have
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Start-up experience as a founder
- Pragmatic Marketing or Scrum Product Owner certifications
- Experience delivering SaaS solutions
