You will own the product strategy for Flock's cloud video infrastructure, covering onboarding, playback, and search. This position requires balancing customer feature requests with system reliability and scalability across third-party integrations.
The role involves close collaboration with Engineering, Design, and Go-to-Market teams to deliver video products from scoping to launch. You will translate user insights and operational feedback into prioritized requirements for a high-reliability platform.
What you'll do
- Drive the roadmap for end-to-end cloud video workflows and search
- Lead strategy for cloud platform and third-party integrations
- Partner with Engineering and Design to deliver video products
- Conduct customer discovery to define product requirements
- Establish benchmarks to evaluate system performance and engagement
What you'll need
- Experience building SaaS platforms or distributed systems
- Ability to lead technical initiatives for web and backend systems
- Fluency with cloud architecture, APIs, and scalable infrastructure
- Track record of translating feedback into clear product priorities
Nice to have
- Experience with video streaming technologies
- Background in third-party platform integrations
- Familiarity with enterprise software ecosystems

What you get
- Base salary between $165,000 and $195,000
