Join as a Senior Product Owner to drive workforce management initiatives including forecasting, scheduling, and capacity planning. You will translate complex operational needs into actionable technology outcomes for an Agile delivery team.
What you'll do
- Own and prioritize the WFM product backlog based on business value and strategy
- Translate ambiguous business problems into clear user stories and acceptance criteria
- Partner with engineering, analytics, and vendors to manage dependencies
- Validate that delivered solutions solve underlying business problems effectively
- Facilitate decisions among stakeholders with conflicting priorities
- Identify opportunities to simplify processes and reduce manual effort
What you'll need
- 5+ years in Product Ownership, Management, or Business Analysis
- Strong understanding of Workforce Management platforms like Verint or Aspect
- Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Azure DevOps
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- Experience supporting contact center or operational planning functions
