Join a creative agency partnering with global brands to deliver digital experiences. As a Senior Production Designer, you will refine design files, adapt layouts for multiple viewports, and ensure pixel-perfect consistency across high-volume deliverables. You will collaborate with visual designers and art directors to maintain quality standards.
What you'll do
- Refine and organize design files for multiple viewport sizes
- Produce high volumes of banners, emails, and landing pages
- Ensure pixel-perfect accuracy with organized layers and naming
- Update designs including icons, copy, and image replacements
- Create design specifications and documentation for teams
- Follow design systems and technical requirements across projects
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and production teams
What you'll need
- Advanced proficiency in Figma and/or Sketch
- Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud applications
- Portfolio showing digital production work across viewports
- Strong understanding of design systems and component workflows
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual consistency
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Based in Latin America with advanced English skills
- Availability to work in Pacific Time (PST) zone
Nice to have
- Intermediate knowledge of HTML and CSS
- Experience with responsive website design workflows
- Familiarity with WordPress or Wix builders
- Experience working with developers and QA teams
- Familiarity with Jira or similar project management tools
- Ability to create technical instructions and documentation
- Confidence presenting work to internal teams and clients
