Juniper Square seeks a Senior Program Manager to lead complex, multi-team software initiatives and drive execution from planning to release. You will partner with engineering, product, and operations leadership to resolve dependencies and maintain delivery schedules.
A key aspect of this role is acting as an AI thought leader within the PMO. You will design and deploy multi-step AI workflows, create reusable prompt libraries, and raise the team's AI fluency to replace manual coordination with automated systems.
What you'll do
- Own program management for complex, multi-team software initiatives
- Translate ambiguous problems into concrete plans with clear milestones
- Design and deploy multi-step AI-powered workflows to replace manual tasks
- Maintain library of reusable prompts, templates, and automations
- Mentor TPMs and PMs on program management and AI fluency
- Provide senior-leadership-ready status reporting and risk mitigation
- Contribute to PMO governance, metrics, and process standardization
What you'll need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
- 15+ years industry experience with 8+ in technical program management
- Proven AI fluency at Workflow Orchestrator level with deployed examples
- Experience configuring Cowork skills, connectors, and plugins
- Hands-on experience automating workflows using Jira and Confluence data
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, SAFe, and project management tools
- Experience partnering cross-functionally with product and engineering
Nice to have
- Professional credentials such as PMI PMP, ACP, or CSM
- Experience with fintech platforms and cloud services like AWS
- Familiarity with Docker and Kubernetes
- Experience in budgeting, vendor management, and compliance
