You will own the roadmap for capturing demand, pricing deals, contracting, and revenue recognition. The role involves sequencing work across multiple systems to ensure usable improvements ship monthly while designing processes for both human and AI agent execution.
What you'll do
- Own the end-to-end Lead-to-Cash roadmap from demand capture to recognized revenue
- Build cross-functional dependency maps across Marketing, Sales, Legal, and Finance
- Run decision forums to resolve rules of engagement between teams
- Partner with leadership on lead scoring and routing from Marketo to Salesforce
- Lead CPQ platform selection and implementation alongside Ironclad contracting
- Drive automated hand-offs from signed contracts to billing and onboarding via Workato
- Define KPIs such as quote cycle time and manual touches per order
- Manage cutover, training, and compliance controls for SOX and SOC audits
What you'll need
- 8+ years of program management experience with 4+ in Lead-to-Cash transformations
- Experience delivering programs spanning CRM, CPQ, billing, and revenue recognition
- Led at least one CPQ or billing system selection and implementation end-to-end
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce and NetSuite or comparable platforms
- Background in multi-entity, multi-currency environments with complex pricing
- Proven ability to align Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Legal leaders
- Strong writing skills for producing executive-level decision memos
- Comfortable operating without a strict playbook in a defining phase
Nice to have
- Experience in financial services, fund administration, or private markets
- Familiarity with Marketo, Gong, Ironclad, Zone Billing, or Workato
- Experience using AI tools or designing processes for agentic automation
- PMP, PgMP, or comparable certification
