You will own the campaign calendar and translate customer needs into clear specifications for engineering and clinical teams. This position ensures every healthcare campaign launches on time, meets compliance standards, and delivers intended patient outcomes.
What you'll do
- Manage master campaign calendar including launch dates and outreach waves
- Align schedules with healthcare deadlines like HEDIS and Medicare windows
- Conduct intake sessions to capture goals, targets, and success metrics
- Convert business requirements into precise technical specifications
- Coordinate launch processes across data, compliance, QA, and engineering
- Maintain templates and checklists to standardize launch procedures
- Track delivery metrics to improve planning and cycle times
What you'll need
- 3 to 6 years in project management or technical operations
- Experience managing concurrent projects with fixed external deadlines
- Strong ability to translate vague requests into precise specs
- Technical fluency to understand data flows and configuration
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills
- Calm judgment for prioritization during timeline conflicts
Nice to have
- Experience with payer quality programs like HEDIS or Stars
- Familiarity with HIPAA and PHI handling compliance
- Background in patient outreach or voice AI platforms
- Proficiency with Jira, Linear, Asana, or Smartsheet
- PMP, CSM, or similar professional certification
