As a Senior Red Team Operator, you will run hands-on offensive operations against AI systems, including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agent frameworks. Your primary goal is to translate human exploit techniques into automated reasoning for our security agents, ensuring they can identify and validate risks at machine speed.
What you'll do
- Execute full kill chains against LLMs, agents, and RAG pipelines
- Validate exploitability with reproducible evidence of impact
- Map blast radius from initial foothold to data and identity access
