As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will act as a trusted technical advisor to the Enterprise sales team and customers. You will drive deal progression by delivering deep technical insights, crafting tailored solutions, and aligning product capabilities with customer goals.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to navigate complex requirements and influence technical stakeholders. Additionally, you will mentor peers and work cross-functionally with Product and Marketing to enhance customer-facing resources.
What you'll do
- Serve as primary technical advisor within the Go-to-Market team
- Scope and recommend tailored technical solutions for Enterprise customers
- Deliver technical coaching to Account Executives on product capabilities
- Provide technical education to customers on the 1Password suite
- Mentor colleagues and share best practices to support team growth
- Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Support teams
What you'll need
- 7+ years in customer-facing technical sales roles in B2B
- Proven track record selling to Fortune-100 customers
- Experience in multi-product SaaS environments
- Skilled at translating technical concepts for varied audiences
- Experience with MEDDPICC or similar sales methodologies
- Willingness to travel up to 25 percent
- Must be based in MST or PST time zone
Nice to have
- Familiarity with SCIM, CLI, SAML/SSO/OAuth, AD, API, SSH
- Knowledge of AI technologies such as MCP
- Understanding of security concepts and developer technologies
