As a Senior Sales Engineer, you will demonstrate the value of Camunda’s platform for coordinating AI agents, people, and systems. You will lead product evaluations, answer technical questions, and collaborate with solution architects to convert prospects into customers.
The position requires mapping customer needs to the product portfolio, creating custom demos, and supporting RFI/RFP processes. You will work closely with sales teams to execute strategies that achieve high conversion rates in complex business environments.
What you'll do
- Map customer requirements to the Camunda product portfolio
- Develop individual evaluation plans and custom demos for prospects
- Conduct product demonstrations and technical Q&A sessions
- Support the completion of RFI and RFP documents
- Partner with Account Executives to develop accounts and strategy
- Implement code snippets and maintain pre-sales technical artifacts
What you'll need
- Degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Solid understanding of programming fundamentals and IT architectures
- Proven experience in Sales Engineering or Pre-Sales roles
- Deep understanding of sales cycles and value-based selling
- Fluent in English with strong written and verbal communication
- Willingness to travel occasionally for customer meetings
Nice to have
- Experience in BPM, RPA, or Agentic AI domains
- Familiarity with value engineering frameworks
- Industry experience in BFSI, Logistics, or Healthcare
- Proficiency in Arabic language
