Join UiPath as a Senior Sales Engineer to bridge the gap between customer business needs and technical automation solutions. You will partner with sales teams to qualify opportunities, design secure architectures, and demonstrate the value of the UiPath Platform.
This position requires blending technical knowledge with sales skills to drive adoption of AI agents and robotic process automation. You will act as a technical evangelist while supporting product improvements through customer feedback.
What you'll do
- Partner with sales teams on account strategy and opportunity qualification
- Lead presales activities including tailored demos and value propositions
- Design solution architectures for on-prem, hybrid, and cloud environments
- Address client concerns regarding security and platform architecture
- Create strong responses for Rfx processes and proofs of value
- Support marketing through blogging and speaking at industry events
- Collaborate with product teams to improve functionalities and roadmap
What you'll need
- Proven track record in Presales, Sales Engineering, or Solution Architecture
- Strong balance of technical, business, and sales skills
- Experience with process mining, orchestration, and automation solutions
- Knowledge of AI technologies such as LLMs and agents
- Solid understanding of Cloud and Virtualization technology
- Fluent written and spoken English and German
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and events
Nice to have
- Existing knowledge of the UiPath platform
- Experience with SAP systems and integration
