Join the engineering team as a Senior Salesforce Developer to design and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. You will work closely with architects and product teams to build integrations using Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
The role involves leading technical designs, mentoring peers, and ensuring platform stability through robust DevOps practices. You will translate business requirements into high-quality code while supporting data migrations and core banking application connections.
What you'll do
- Design and deploy Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs
- Implement integrations with core banking apps via MuleSoft and REST/SOAP APIs
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable architectures
- Support data migrations, enterprise releases, and production issue resolution
- Lead technical discussions and mentor team members on best practices
- Manage DevOps processes including CI/CD and release management
What you'll need
- 6+ years of software engineering or equivalent professional experience
- 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience
- Strong expertise in Apex, LWC, Flows, SOQL, and platform architecture
- Experience with MuleSoft Anypoint Platform and API-led connectivity
- Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and Agile delivery methods
- Salesforce Administrator and Platform Developer certifications required
- Experience with Financial Services Cloud and banking industry contexts
- Knowledge of data migration tools like Data Loader, Informatica, or SSIS
Nice to have
- Advanced Salesforce certifications such as Application or Data Architect
- MuleSoft Certified Developer or Integration Architect credentials
- Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Accreditation
- Experience with DevOps tools like Gearset or AutoRabit
- Familiarity with Dynamics 365 to Salesforce data migrations
