Join Nova Intelligence to engineer the foundational systems that allow AI agents to interact with SAP landscapes. You will work on off-stack code editing, search capabilities, identity management, and GUI automation. The team aims to make AI agents reliable on enterprise systems by refining prompts, writing skills, and building robust evaluation loops.
What you'll do
- Build foundational infrastructure for agent operations including sandboxes and integrations
- Write and debug Nova's ABAP code running inside customer SAP environments
- Refine agent prompts and skills to improve reasoning about SAP systems
- Create repeatable test cases and benchmarks to measure agent improvement
- Debug full-stack issues across skills, prompts, code, and infrastructure
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in ABAP, S/4HANA internals, transport systems, and BAdIs
- Proficiency in Python, TypeScript, Go, or similar programming languages
- Strong understanding of agent design and frontier AI models
- Five or more years of deep SAP technical work experience
- Production experience with S/4HANA, Clean Core, or ABAP modernization
Nice to have
- Familiarity with BTP, RAP, CAP, or Integration Suite
- Open-source contributions in or adjacent to the SAP ecosystem
- Experience at an early-stage startup or developer-tools company
