Join Valon's Security team to design and operate IAM systems for an AI-powered financial operating system. You will bridge IT, Engineering, and Security to govern human and machine identities securely while leveraging AI tools to optimize defense capabilities.
What you'll do
- Design end-to-end lifecycle management for workforce identity systems
- Manage IdP operations including SSO, MFA, and directory synchronization
- Define RBAC and group-based access policies for internal apps and cloud
- Support privileged access management for internal infrastructure
- Build AI-assisted workflows to automate core IAM operations
- Evaluate AI risks in IAM pipelines such as prompt injection threats
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to mitigate data security risks
- Support on-call duties, vulnerability management, and incident response
What you'll need
- 5+ years in security engineering with IAM focus
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Hands-on experience with enterprise IdPs like Okta or Entra ID
- Deep knowledge of SAML, OIDC/OAuth 2.0, SCIM, and LDAP
- Experience with cloud IAM, preferably in GCP environments
- Expertise in building PAM solutions and enforcing least-privilege
- Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or CCSP
Nice to have
- Experience building AI/LLM-powered workflows in security contexts
- Familiarity with securing non-human and agentic identities
- Knowledge of compliance frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or NIST
- Background in high-growth or startup environments
