What you'll do
- Define reliability objectives and roadmaps for core services
- Lead cross-service incident responses during critical outages
- Drive adoption of reliability patterns and deployment safety
- Build advanced observability tools to prevent production issues
- Influence architecture to balance feature velocity and stability
- Mentor senior engineers and assist in recruiting talent
What you'll need
- 6-10 years in SRE, DevOps, or production engineering
- Expertise in complex distributed systems
- Strong command of AWS cloud infrastructure
- Experience with container orchestration and IaC
- Proficiency in coding and task automation
- Proven track record in large-scale incident management
- U.S. citizenship is mandatory for this position
Nice to have
- Experience designing self-healing infrastructure
- Knowledge of zero-downtime deployment pipelines
- Background scaling multi-tenant SaaS environments
