You will build and improve client-facing surfaces for order execution, options trading, and real-time market data. What you'll do
- Own end-to-end frontend projects from design to launch
- Build reliable surfaces for order flow and trading products
- Handle high-stakes journeys like options and crypto trading
- Make architectural decisions balancing speed and quality
- Partner with Product and Design to deliver outcomes
- Ensure high reliability and observability standards
- Leverage AI tools to ship faster and safer
- Mentor team members through code reviews and pairing
What you'll need
- 5+ years of professional software engineering experience
- Strong fundamentals in React and TypeScript
- Experience with React Native is ideal
- Proficiency in AI-first development workflows
- Ability to verify model outputs before production
- Product judgment and owner mindset
- Strong communication and technical leadership skills
Nice to have
- Experience with native mobile (Swift/iOS or Kotlin/Android)
- Background in trading or brokerage platforms
- Knowledge of GraphQL and performance optimization
- Familiarity with Ruby on Rails, Kotlin, or Java
- Personal interest in trading and investing
