Join the Post-Trade Management team to build software that handles clearing, settlement, and inventory reconciliation across multiple depositories. You will design automations that support new financial products and ensure smooth processing for millions of users.
The team consists of six developers who prioritize collective success through pair programming and close collaboration with Securities Operations. You will work on high-stakes systems where accuracy and auditability are critical.
What you'll do
- Design and deliver post-trade automations across external depositories
- Contribute to technical design decisions for processing pipelines
- Mentor developers via pairing, code reviews, and feedback
- Use AI tools to accelerate development and explore new ideas
- Partner with Operations and Product teams to understand business context
What you'll need
- Senior-level backend experience with Ruby on Rails
- Experience building complex automations or data pipelines in production
- Comfort working with high-accuracy, high-stakes financial systems
- Proven ability to mentor engineers through code review and pairing
- Strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration
Nice to have
- Experience with Java, Kotlin, or React
- Familiarity with Oracle, Postgres, Kubernetes, or AWS
- Background in FinTech, ledgers, or custody systems
- Experience in regulated or compliance-sensitive environments
