Join Rho's Architecture team to help scale an all-in-one finance platform designed for startups and growth-stage companies. You will work on high-performance services, ensuring the system handles complex financial operations efficiently while supporting rapid product development.
What you'll do
- Build and scale services for an all-in-one finance platform
- Optimize performance of async Python applications
- Design distributed systems balancing load and latency
- Construct CI/CD pipelines and manage Infrastructure as Code
- Coordinate with partners in regulated environments
What you'll need
- Deep expertise in Python and async programming
- Experience building web apps and supporting services
- Knowledge of event-driven architectures and trade-offs
- Familiarity with CI/CD and Infrastructure as Code tools
- Background in regulated sectors like finance or security
Nice to have
- Proficiency in Go, TypeScript, or Ruby
- Experience with Docker and Kubernetes deployment
- Knowledge of message brokers and event streaming
- Understanding of payment networks like ACH or SWIFT
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
