This hands-on role requires daily coding and collaboration with product and domain experts to solve complex problems.
What you'll do
- Design agent-driven experiences for financial audit workflows
- Own end-to-end workstreams for large customer onboardings
- Ship code daily and take ownership of product areas
- Collaborate with product, design, and subject matter experts
- Shape technical direction for agentic systems and AI tooling
- Mentor engineers and assist in the hiring process
What you'll need
- Strong full-stack engineering skills with daily coding practice
- Comfortable working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
- High degree of ownership and self-direction
- Experience using AI coding tools in your workflow
- Ability to quickly learn complex domain concepts
- Collaborative mindset for cross-functional problem solving
- Experience leading projects and driving technical decisions
Nice to have
- Background in financial services, audit, or compliance
- Experience building AI or agent-driven products
- Familiarity with TypeScript, React, GraphQL, Node.js, PostgreSQL
- History of working at high-growth startups
- Experience with document processing or infrastructure
