You will join Tilt’s engineering team to design and scale backend systems that power consumer-facing financial products. Working with .NET and modern AI tools, you will refine APIs, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with cross-functional groups including credit, compliance, and analytics.
What you'll do
- Design and scale backend systems for consumer products
- Build and refine APIs for seamless user experiences
- Collaborate with product, finance, and compliance teams
- Participate in code reviews and technical roadmap planning
- Drive improvements in code quality and security
- Mentor peers and share engineering best practices
What you'll need
- 6+ years of backend engineering experience
- Proficiency with .NET (C#) or similar frameworks
- Experience scaling high-volume consumer products
- Ability to use AI-powered development tools like Cursor
- Strong collaborative and problem-solving skills
