Join the Protocols team at Chainalysis to deliver trusted blockchain datasets that power investigation and compliance products. You will architect reliable systems for complex data ingestion while leveraging AI tools to enhance code quality and team velocity across more than 30 supported blockchains.
What you'll do
- Architect scalable systems for ingesting and parsing blockchain data
- Use AI-native workflows to improve team velocity and code quality
- Provide protocol expertise on EVM, UTXO, and other chains
- Manage full software lifecycle including monitoring and debugging
- Collaborate with Product Managers to meet ecosystem needs
- Mentor junior and mid-level engineers through reviews and design
What you'll need
- Extensive experience building distributed or data-intensive systems
- Professional or personal experience with TypeScript
- Ability to iterate quickly in a fast-moving environment
- Proven use of AI-assisted development tools for reliable code
- Deep understanding of at least one blockchain protocol
Nice to have
- Experience with non-EVM chains like Solana, TON, or Sui
- Background in indexing and ETL at scale using Spark or Databricks
- Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code with Terraform
- Experience managing services in Kubernetes
- Contributions to open-source blockchain projects
