What you'll do
- Engineer backend systems focused on scalability, performance, and reliability
- Own large, complex projects from initial planning through to deployment
- Collaborate with product and customer teams to align engineering with business goals
- Balance hands-on coding with guiding the team’s technical direction
- Provide thoughtful code reviews and architectural feedback to unblock peers

- Comfort taking full ownership of deliverables and ensuring high standards
- Experience guiding other engineers through mentorship and technical feedback
