Join the Continuity team at Rad AI to build applications that ensure critical radiology findings are tracked effectively. You will develop responsive single-page web apps and robust backend services, working closely with product and ML teams to deliver reliable healthcare solutions.
What you'll do
- Develop large-scale progressive and single-page web applications
- Build Python and FastAPI backend services including REST APIs
- Create new features to support a growing customer base
- Ensure code meets security and maintainability standards for HIPAA
- Collaborate with Product, ML, and Data Science teams on features
- Advocate for improvements in product quality and performance
- Improve code base through reviews and strong engineering practices
What you'll need
- 5+ years of industry engineering experience
- In-depth knowledge of Python and FastAPI or equivalents
- Experience with relational and document-based databases
- Strong understanding of modern web architecture best practices
- Proficiency in unit and integration testing
- Experience working on distributed teams with git
- Ability to diagnose and prevent performance issues at scale
- Experience using AI-assisted development tools
Nice to have
- Experience with PostgreSQL
- Familiarity with Auth0 and Amplitude integrations
- Background in early-stage startups
- Experience in HIPAA-compliant environments with FHIR/HL7
- Previous work on machine learning projects
