What you'll do
- Design and implement efficient architectural solutions for data systems
- Improve code and infrastructure maintainability through documentation and reviews
- Collaborate with analytics, BI, and business teams to identify data needs
- Champion data governance within engineering workflows
- Scale the data platform to support business growth and stability
What you'll need
- 5+ years of software or data engineering experience
- Expert-level proficiency in Python and SQL
- Proven track record of owning high-stakes technical projects
- Experience designing solutions for large-scale data challenges
- Deep knowledge of database design and warehouse data modeling
- Ability to communicate complex technical details to non-technical stakeholders
Nice to have
- Experience with predictive modeling
- Background in machine learning
